Scenic Designer Cindy White has stayed a child and an artist now that she is grown up - and it shows all over the extraordinary design for this production. From Pippi's storybook perfect house - which opens like a book itself! - to the rope ladder, slide and secret doorways and cupboards, this design gave young audiences everything they could have dreamed of and more. So much so that the theatre had to position a front of house staff member on the stage after to each performance to keep the children from moving in!!
